A malfunctioning aircon in a Makati condo or office isn’t something you want to sit with for long. Whether it’s stopped cooling, started leaking, or making a noise it never used to, our technicians are ready to diagnose the problem quickly.
Why Makati residents choose Airzonex for repairs
We regularly service high-rise condos and office spaces across Makati, and we’re comfortable coordinating with building management, security clearances, and the tighter installation spaces common in high-rise units.
Common aircon problems we fix
- Not cooling at all or barely cooling — often low refrigerant, a blocked coil, or a failing compressor
- Water leaking from the indoor unit — usually a clogged drain line or a cracked drain pan
- Strange noises (rattling, buzzing, clicking) — loose parts, worn fan motors, or debris caught in the fan
- Unit won’t turn on — could be electrical, a faulty capacitor, or a tripped breaker
- Blinking error codes on the display — the unit’s built-in way of flagging a specific fault for a technician to diagnose
